• Paste it into Write an Email — or paste a screenshot of it.
• iPhone and Android: in Gmail, Outlook or any app, tap Share and choose Quill (text or a screenshot).
• Windows: copy the email, then press Alt + Q. Quill pops up with it ready.
• Browser: open the email in Gmail or Outlook and click “Use the open email” in the Quill side panel, or select text and right-click “Reply with Quill”.

• “Hey Siri, reply with Quill” — copy an email first; Quill opens with it ready.
• “Hey Siri, draft an email” — say who it's to and what it's about; Quill writes it in your voice.
• Set them up in the Quill app → Settings. You can then put either shortcut on the Action Button (Settings → Action Button) or on Back Tap (Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap).

• Windows app: Alt + Q opens Quill from anywhere (change it from the Quill icon by the clock → Shortcut). Ctrl + 1 / 2 / 3 switch to Teach, Write and Recents; Ctrl + 0 returns to the 6 × 9 inch compact box.
• Browser extension: Alt + Shift + Q opens the Quill side panel.

• When an email mentions a date, Quill shows it under the reply with “Add to calendar” and “Remind me”. Nothing is added until you tap.
• Reminders appear in Recents on every device. The iPhone and Android app sends the actual reminder notification — allow notifications for Quill when asked.
• Not getting reminded? Open the Quill phone app once (it sets up reminders made on other devices) and check notifications are on in your phone's Settings.

Open Recents → “What Quill learned” and remove it, or edit your saved details in Settings. You can also turn off “Learn from my emails” in Settings.

In any Quill app: Settings → Delete account. Quill asks you to confirm twice, then erases your profiles, saved details, emails, reminders and the account itself, on every device. On the web, Settings also lets you delete just your data and keep the account. If you can't sign in, email info@echelon3d.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
