Terms of Service

• You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. If you use Quill for a business, you confirm you're allowed to share its information with Quill.

Quill is free to use right now. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you clearly beforehand, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Everything you teach Quill, paste into it and every email it writes for you belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Quill for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Quill writes drafts. It never sends email for you. AI can make mistakes, so read every draft before you send it and check names, dates, prices and promises. You're responsible for the emails you send.

• Use Quill for spam, scams, harassment, threats, or anything illegal.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Try to break, overload or get around Quill's security, or access other people's accounts.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

You can stop using Quill and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may stop offering Quill or parts of it; if we do, we'll try to give you notice so you can keep anything you need.

Quill is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, PUREVIA LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Quill, including emails you choose to send. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. If we update them, we'll change the date at the top and let you know in Quill about important changes.
